Liquid Media: Reed Pen
A common writing tool in antiquity, the reed pen antedates the quill. It is less flexible than the quill and produces a strong line with distinct patterns of broadening and narrowing. Pierfrancesco Mola here uses it to create a forceful image with few lines.
